Oden and Lacey – the Beer Thieves!

Posted Apr 30 2014

Oden and Lacey belong to reader Jeanette, who says her boxers are virtually human.  They love to play with flashlights, and  she says stuffed animals don’t stand a chance around them. Jeanette says they’ll even steal your beer if you set it down! These dogs like to party! Woof!

This is reader Christine’s dog Kramer. He’s a Catahoula/Bullldog mix and is game for anything, including dress up!  He lives in a household with Christine, her husband, and two teenage girls who love to dress him up and paint his nails.  Kramer is happiest when he is asleep on your feet, asleep in your lap, eating or sleeping with a full […]

Reader Pet Pics!

Posted Apr 28 2014

To celebrate the upcoming release of PAW ENFORCEMENT, I’m featuring reader pet pics!    These two adorable boxers are Molly and Lola. Their “Mom” is reader Annette, who says that these two cuties have suffered numerous cancer surgeries (Molly lost a leg!), but that in typical doggie fashion they remain happy despite their ailments. Death, Taxes, and Silver Spurs

IRS Special Agent Tara Holloway is star-struck! In Death, Taxes, and Silver Spurs, she’s head over heels…in trouble. A tax-evading pet groomer managed to buzz off a big chunk of her hair…just in time for her date strictly-business meeting with country-music heartthrob Brazos Rivers. Of course Tara shouldn’t care—she’s devoted to Special Agent Nick Pratt, after all—but Rivers does know how to steal a woman’s heart with a song…

Many of you probably feel the same way as me. The voice and face of Dan Rather on TV always meant that something big […]

Haha! Our terrier mix and shepherd mix are certainly selective, too. They hear "treat" without fail, but "down" or "no!" don't always register. Raggs is such a cute name!

Reggie certainly looks happy! My own dog, Raggs, has "selective" hearing--and he's not well trained. But. Our dogs are family and we do love them.

Thanks, Barbara! I wish I could write faster, too! My ideas are backing up in my head. : ) I wish my brain had a USB port where I could automatically download the stories from my mind to the page. I'm so glad you enjoyed the book! I'm hard at work on the second one, A Trip with Trouble.

I LOVED getaway with Murder. The second book can't be published soon enough. Can you write any faster? ;-)
